Our Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Please Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Flip Flops and Other Accessories that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of wear. All swimwear and intimate apparel are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Information

If you’re exchanging an item:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas):

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with returning items
  • We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” on customs forms
  • International returns may take longer to process due to customs and longer transit times
