Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Regions: We ship worldwide, excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help!

Return/Exchange Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

Condition of Items: All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

⚠️ Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products if they have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of wear:

  • Flip Flops
  • Other Accessories

Additionally, all swimwear and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Information

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal statement.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchanged item.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas):

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with returning items.
  • We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” on customs forms.
  • International returns may take longer to process due to customs and longer transit times.
