• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3 Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide, excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to your order.

4.4 Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery beyond our control.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products if they have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of wear:

• Other Accessories

Additionally, all swimwear and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
3. Wait for approval and instructions from our customer service team.
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
5. Mail your return to the address provided using a trackable shipping service.

5.4 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.5 Exchanges

We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product. You will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchanged item. Price differences will be handled accordingly.

5.6 International Returns

International customers (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas) are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with returning items. We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” on customs forms.
